We created Presidential Homes to bridge the gap between bespoke design and affordable new builds and help more Kiwis get into their own home, enjoy a holiday home or add value to their property.

We believe that affordability doesn’t mean compromising on quality. We wanted to offer a better way to build - one that simplified the process while still allowing the flexibility to design a home to your taste, style and lifestyle.

We were founded on over 30 years of experience, and for over a decade, we’ve been building high-quality homes for Kiwi families and investors throughout the lower North Island.

We are locally owned and operated in Palmerston North, with a friendly, experienced team who work alongside you in designing your home, and talented builders and tradespeople who bring it to life.
